GM MATK +10% of Ashisogi jizo is not working. And also Delete Character is not working even i wait for 24 hours i can't delete one of my characters.

GM but when i Click the Del. Request my character will sit. and when i click the Del button its not functioning, only the Abort delete is functioning. i tried to wait for 1 day but still the same.
